Submitting a quote request does not create a contract or obligate either party. Any construction or remodeling work is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by you and First Colonial. That agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms. Prices, availability, materials, and timelines are confirmed only in that agreement.

Project photos may include work completed by our team or representative images, and results vary based on each property and scope of work.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, photos, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to First Colonial and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. “First Colonial Construction” and our logo are our trademarks.
