Vinyl Flooring

Identify the vinyl product, room use, substrate, moisture conditions, transitions, occupied-property access, and exact installation service before defining the complete work scope.

All Services

Is this the flooring service you need?

chart, radar chart

Vinyl may refer to sheet goods, luxury vinyl tile, or luxury vinyl plank. Those products do not share one installation method or performance profile. The final scope should name the exact offered product category rather than treat every vinyl floor as interchangeable.

Start with the substrate

Review removal, flatness, cracks, moisture, adhesives or floating-system requirements, underlayment,
transitions, door clearances, base and trim, occupied access, and manufacturer instructions. Existing
flooring may hide conditions that affect preparation.

What to share

Send the room or area, property type and use, approximate dimensions, current floor and substrate if
known, moisture history, desired vinyl type, transition points, access constraints, product records, and
photos. State whether the work connects to a larger remodel.

Is LVP the same as all vinyl flooring?

No. LVP is one vinyl product format. Sheet vinyl and LVT differ in construction and installation. The
selected product and property conditions determine the practical scope.
Describe the area, current floor, intended use, and exact vinyl product if selected
