Check project readiness
A productive first review starts with five points:
- Site address, survey, and known access or drainage conditions
- Intended property use and approximate size
- Concept documents, drawings, or design status
- Known utility and jurisdiction information
- Decision-makers, desired timing, and current budget stage
Missing items do not prevent an inquiry. They help identify what must happen before scope, price, or timing can be discussed responsibly.
Who else may be involved?
New construction can require architects, engineers, licensed trade contractors, surveyors, inspectors, manufacturers, and permitting authorities. Our exact role and each outside responsibility should appear in the proposed project documents.
Do I need finished plans before contacting you?
No. Share what exists and name the current stage. Early information may support a fit review, while later scope development may require completed documents and professional input.
