Asphalt Shingle Roofing

Review leaks, visible damage, flashing, penetrations, deck concerns, prior repairs, and overall roof condition before choosing a shingle repair or replacement path.

All Services

Is this the roof service you need?

Roofer using nail gun for shingle installation on residential roof.

This page covers asphalt shingle systems. Flat or low-slope roofs belong on the Flat and TPO page. Exposed metal systems belong on the Metal Roofing page. Mixed roofs may require more than one system review.

Local repair or broader replacement?

A small affected area does not always mean a small repair, and a visible defect does not automatically require full replacement. The practical scope depends on damage extent, shingle and underlayment condition, flashing, penetrations, deck concerns, prior repairs, material compatibility, roof geometry, and safe access.

What to share

Provide the property address and type, leak or damage location, when the issue appeared, prior repair information, roof age if known, attic observations when safely available, and exterior photos taken from the ground. Do not climb onto the roof for an inquiry.

Can you help with an insurance-related roof?

We can inspect accessible conditions and provide our own construction estimate. Coverage, claim negotiation, settlement, and policy interpretation remain with the insurer or an appropriately licensed public adjuster.
